Payments & Insurance

Our practice offers a wide range of payment options. For your convenience we accept Cash, Checks, ApplePay Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Our office will make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion is due at the time services are rendered. As a service to our patients, we will bill your insurance company and allow them 45 days to render payment.

Although uncommon, there are certain situations in which a small amount remains due on your child’s account after the date of your child’s dental appointment. In this situation, the balance must be paid in full. We charge interest on past due accounts, so please arrange to pay in full as quickly as possible. Please call or contact our front office as soon as possible with questions or to make a payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance.

Please bring all insurance information with you to your initial visit so that we can expedite reimbursement.

Some dental insurance companies require a pre-treatment authorization for certain dental procedures. If this is a requirement with your insurance carrier, The Children's Tooth Spa will submit a pre-authorization for you. We give parents dental insurance estimates as well as the amount you will owe out-of-pocket. After you have this information, you will have a chance to decide whether to proceed with recommended dental treatment.
